Open Standards
In the Summer of 2022 Navigator360° became the first Care Coordination to be built to The Gravity Project’s SDOH Clinical Care (FHIR) standards. As an open standards organization the Gravity Project doesn’t endorse vendors, however, Open City Labs was highlighted as a Success Story on their blog. Our executive team has also worked closely with Epic, eCW and other EHR vendors on creating the 360x-SD standard for closed loop referrals. Open standards improve interoperability, increase data quality, and reduce costs of integration. This helps our users spend less time and get more accurate information when they need it.Modular Approach
